Here are a range of questions we are regularly asked.

Q: We have a particular area of our building that we have never been able to access and it needs cleaning. How can you help?

Ans: We have never come across and area of a building that is not accessible in some form by using our wide range of equipment and systems. We would help you by arranging a visit to assess the building and provide you with confirmation of feasibility and a free no obligation quotation for carrying out the cleaning work. This only applies to buildings within a 50 mile radius of Central Manchester. We do have nationwide coverage; however inspections outside a 50 miles radius can be negotiated.

Q: We have a problem with air quality in our factory, what can you do to resolve this?

Ans: we would firstly arrange an survey of your ducting and air handling units taking reading of air movement and samples of air quality. We will then offer you a solution that could range from general cleaning, filtration’s to replacement of systems.

Q: What sort of after service do you provide?

Ans: If you notice anything relating to the work we have carried out that you are not happy with we will always make ourselves available to discuss and resolve your issues, where applicable within 24 hours.

Q: What height does your reach and Wash system achieve

Ans: The maximum height for a normal reach and wash system is 25.9m (85ft). However, we limit our services to 15.2m (50ft) because this will definitely provide a more effective quality of clean and safer and easier to control, particularly in windy conditions.

Q: Your staff are qualified to carry out the work but are they actually competent.

Ans: Our staff are all fully trained in all aspects and each have many years�?? experience. With our IPAF and IRATA accreditation’s our staff have to log their hours to remain certified.
